She married Max Meredith Haynie on June 4, 1950. They were blessed with six children, building a loving and vibrant family together in Roswell. Max and Addie shared 39 wonderful years of marriage, filled with love and memories, until Max’s untimely passing on July 3, 1989, which came far too soon.

She was the matriarch of and survived by 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren, with another one on the way!

Addie was the heart of her family, radiating love, kindness, and unwavering support to everyone she met. She cherished her loved ones deeply, always putting their happiness first and celebrating their successes with genuine pride. She never missed sending a birthday card to her 34 descendants! Her sweet nature and open heart made her a source of comfort, never judging but always offering understanding and encouragement. She was an intelligent, hardworking woman, who enjoyed staying busy.
