Alice Terrell

Private services were recently held for Alice Terrell, 56, who passed away on November 19, 2014. Born in Roswell in 1958, Alice was a 1976 graduate of Goddard High School and, except for her years away at college, a lifelong Roswell resident. She was one of the owners of her family business, Cobean Stationery Company.

Alice enjoyed outdoor activities of all kinds: hiking, cycling, gardening, and spending time with her beloved dogs and cats. She also derived great joy and fulfillment singing with the Silver Chords, a music ministry of the First United Methodist Church.

Alice is survived by her husband of 22 years and best friend of 40, Tommy Terrell; father, Les McPherson and very good friend, Rosie Ginanni; sister, Ruth Ann Speth and husband, Otto; nephew, Eric Sizer and wife, Gina, and their son and daughter, Ethan and Savannah; and, nephew, Jason Sizer and wife, Denise, and their daughter, Zuri. Alice was preceded in death by her mother, Ruth McPherson, and her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Mabel and Richard Terrell.

The family would also like to thank nurses Jodie Rogers and Kandy Chamberlin and Alice's cousin, Elyse Beckman, and her husband, Todd, for their overwhelming compassion and support.
