Alice Williams

WILLIAMS, ALICE L.A private family service will be held for Alice L. Williams, age 95, of Roswell, who passed away on November 16, 2008.

Alice was born September 30, 1913 in Findlay, Ohio to Alva and Rhoda Rishel. They preceded her in death, as well as two brothers, Richard and Curtis Rishel, two sisters Idella Reber and Grace Roth, a daughter Beverly Pressnell, and a grandson Gregory Thompson.

Alice is survived by a son: Jack Williams and his wife Marsha of Findlay, Ohio; two daughters: Judy Borushok and her husband Hal of Fresno, California, and Jean Stevenson and her husband Rick of Roswell; and sixteen grandchildren: Ricky Pressnell, Robin Pressnell, Robert Pressnell, Cindy Pressnell, Michael Pressnell, Melissa Pressnell, and Ryan Pressnell of Florida, Lisa Morgan of Pleasanton California, Deron Thompson of Goleta, California, Joe Williams of Toledo, Ohio, Dorothy Williams of Findlay, Ohio, Mary Lou Williams of Toledo, Ohio, Gilbert Williams of Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, Casey Burnett of Fort Worth, Texas, Lisa Racette of Las Cruces, New Mexico, and Emily Montgomery of Roswell, as well as many great-grandchildren.

Alice was an assembly worker for RCA Electronics in Findlay, Ohio. Throughout Alices life, she thrived on nurturing her green thumb and tending to her many beloved cats and dogs. She will always be remembered for her hard work, strong will, and sassiness. Her family will miss her dearly.
