DUNSMORE, ALMEDAServices are scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Monday, January 28, 2008 at LaGrone Funeral Chapel for Almeda Dunsmore, age 86, of Roswell who passed away January 23, 2008. Pastor R.D. Foster of Apostolic Bible Church will officiate with interment to follow at Memory Lawn Memorial Park.

Almeda was born March 2, 1921 in Walters, Oklahoma, to Jess and Anna Cates. They both preceded her in death, as well as a brother: Arlie Cates; and sisters: Dorothy Cates and Edith Harvey, also step-son: Leon Dunsmore; and Step-daughter: Sue;.

On October 15, 1949 Almeda married Clarence Dunsmore in Roswell. He also precedes her in death.

Almeda is survived by a brother: Boyd Cates and his wife Modeene of Clovis, New Mexico; niececaregiver: Melba Byrne of Roswell; step-daughter: Beverly Ball; daughter-in-law: Linda Dunsmore and numerous nieces and nephews.

Almeda was a homemaker.
