at Peach Tree and a graveside memorial services will be scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at WoodlandPark Cemetery in Mineral Wells, TX, for Billie Jean Carey, age 77, of Roswell who passed away on July 14, 2014.
Billie Jean was born October 1, 1936, in Bluff Dale, TX to Joe and Dessie Dotson. Her father has preceded her in death as well as her husband Sonny Carey.
Billie Jean is survived by her mother: Dessie Jones Whitford of Gatesville, TX daughters: Tammy Jean McBee and her husband Ron of Weatherford, TX and Tracy Pruitt and her husband Quintin of Roswell, NM siblings: Albert Dotson and his wife Nancy of Gatesville, TX, Carolyn Brown and her husband G.C. of Ft. Worth, TX, Peggy Ellis of Hutchinson, KS and Elgelena Lane of Waco, TX grandchildren: Ty Whitford and his wife Nikki, Delanie Pruitt and Cameron Pruitt.
Billie Jean enjoyed riding Harleys. She loved spending time with her family and playing Bingo. She was a resident of Peach Tree for 1 years. She was a member of Senior Circle.
