My Dad
We helt you dear
While you were here
Now God holds you dear
Because you are there
We together fished,
We together hunted
We together built,
Now at his right hand
because you chose to
Build your house on
The rock, and not on the sand
A new home you have found,
We, youre family always
Knew you were heaven bound.
The Lord knew you had endured enough,
And for a short while
He has taken you from us,
But we will see you again,
Because that is his ultimate plan,
from His almighty hand.
Your son Michael
Love from all of your family
