TAVAREZ, CECILIA SISSY NEFF -- A Memorial Graveside service is scheduled for 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, June 17, 2009 at South Park Cemetery for Cecilia Sissy Neff Tavarez, age 49 of Roswell, who passed away June 10, 2009 at her home. Pastor Danny Sons of Midway Assembly of God Church will conduct the service.BRBRCecilia was born August 15, 1959 in Roswell, to Edsel and Geneva Edwards Neff. Her parents preceded her in death.BRBRSurvivors include a daughter, Kristan Neff of Roswell; 2 brothers, Edsel Neff of Roswell and Warren Neff of Los Alamos, NM, and a sister, Pam Hunter of Atlanta, GA.BRBRCecilia was known by all her friends as Sissy.
