David Estrella

ESTRELLA, DAVID P. . A funeral service will be held for David P. Estrella who passed away on November 23, 2014 at Calvary Baptist Church, 1009 W. Alameda, on Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at 4:00pm. Matthew Skariah from the World Prayer Band Ministries will be officiating.

He was born in Iloilo, Philippines on April 16, 1932 to Marcelo Estrella and Maria Palero Estrella.

He married Alejandra Mallari on August 5, 1968 in Manila, Philippines. In November 28, 1968 they moved to California.

He is survived by his wife, brothers Eliseo, Jose, Manuel and Henry, sisters Josefina, Loretta and Aida.

He worked with Imperial County Health Department until he retired in 1995 and in 1998 they moved to Roswell.

David accepted Christ as a young man and served the Lord his whole life. He was ordained a Deacon in June of 1995 in California. He supported missionaries and went on yearly mission trips. He spoke to the Lord daily and was a prayer warrior. David loved the Lord and read his bible daily. He was very active in his church.
He will be missed by his family and friends. But we know that God said Well done, Thy Good and Faithful Servant.
