Eloise Bishop passed from this life to her heavenly home on Saturday, September 23, 2017 at Eastern New Mexico Medical Center in Roswell. She was born July 24, 1929, in Brookhaven, MS to Euell Hall and Maude Case. No services are scheduled, per her request. There will be a private burial of cremains at a later date in South Park Cemetery at the feet of her mother and father.
Preceding her in death was her dear son, Rodney Hendrix; two sisters, Monell Summers and Vela Mae Hall; three brothers, James Vernon Hall, Carlos Hall, and Elmer Hall.
She is survived by two daughters, Patti Brisco and husband Harlin, and Pamela Garlinger and husband George, both of Roswell; a brother, J.T. Hall and wife Joann, of Roswell, one sister, Marie Newell and husband Mert, of Midland, TX; three wonderful grandchildren, Jon Brisco and wife Angie of Odessa, TX, Eric Garlinger and wife, Ann, of Roswell, and Ashley de Amusategui and husband Joshua, of Oklahoma City; two great-grandsons, Conner Rodney de Amusategui and Spencer Charles de Amusategui, and one great-granddaughter, Brooklyn Elizabeth Garlinger. She had many special nieces and nephews, as well as a special daughter-in-law, Vanessa Hendrix Bell, and husband David Bell of Roswell.
Her greatest joy was spending time with her family. She was a member of Mountain View Baptist Church. She will be greatly missed, but her love and memories will be cherished forever. We look forward to being reunited with her someday where the tears we shed today will be replaced with tears of joy. She also wished to give her appreciation to Dr. Hamid Feroze and Dr. Vijay Chechani, as well as her pharmacist and good friend, Charles Shannon, and the entire staff of Primm Drug for their excellent care.
