Felipe Larez

LAREZ, FELIPEServices are scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, October 17, 2006 at LaGrone Funeral Chapel for Felipe Larez, age 80, of Dexter, NM., who passed away October 13, 2006 at Eastern New Mexico Medical Center, after a long illness. Pastor Jaime Rivera of Iglesia Apostolic de La Fe en Christo Jesus will officiate with burial to follow at Hagerman Cemetery. Visitation will be at 2:00 P.M. 7:00 P.M., Sunday, October 15, 2006.

Felipe was born May 26, 1926 in El Paso, TX. to Francisco Larez and Maria De La O Larez. He is preceded in death by both parents and 3 brothers: Francisco Larez, Antonio Larez and Benard Larez.

On May 13, 1994 Felipe married Francisca Torrez in Roswell, New Mexico.

He was self-employed at a gasoline station in Hagerman, NM for a number of years. Felipe was a simple man and spent most of his time at work and at home. He was a very generous man and touched a lot of lives. His pride and joy was his granddaughter Marina Torrez.

Thanks and gratitude to Casa Maria Staff, especially Nurse Joe Rodriguez, for the care and respect that they gave Felipe. Special thanks to his Doctor Jenna for providing his medical needs.
