WALL, FREDA WATTS Funeral services will be Monday, June 02, 2014, 10:00 am at the First United Pentecostal Church, 602 S. Mississippi St, Roswell, NM. Officiating are Rev J.E. Shirley Rev Alvin Almond. Pallbearers are Charlie Turnbow, Kenny Watts, Wayne Puckett, Gary Joe Harless, David White and David Cochran. Viewing will be at LaGrone Funeral Home, 15 pm Sunday, June 01, 2014.
Freda Watts Wall, 92 years old passed away May 29, 2014 in Roswell, NM. She was born in Walters, OK to Gilbert Puckett and Bertha Rhoades on November 25, 1921. She married Travis Watts on July 26, 1941 in Ft Summer, NM. From this union was born a son Kenneth Gail Watts. Freda later married Lester Wall October 23, 1980 in Portales, NM.
Freda was a member of the First United Pentecostal Church. She was a committed Christian her entire adult life. Her faith and love for God were an important part of her life. She was a homemaker that enjoyed cooking.
Freda is survived by her grandchildren, Kenneth Lee Watts, Amarillo, TX and Robin Annette Bulba of Plano, TX great grandchildren: Berklie and Barrett Baker of Plano, TX her daughterinlaw Betty Graham, Amarillo, TX nieces, Linda Goode and Fonda Harless nephews, Wayne Puckett and Charlie Turnbow other great nieces and nephews her special friend and caregiver for many years, Evelyn Bratcher.
Freda was preceded in death by her parents, her son Ken Watts, both husbands Travis Watts and Lester Wall, sister Ruby Crisp, brothers, Joe Puckett and Lloyd Puckett.
