ROSWELL George Krasowsky, Sr. 91 DairyFarmer of East Grand Plans, Roswell, died suddenly January 02, 2012 at home just 5 days after losing his beloved wife and best friend of 60 years. George and Frances Navasinskas were married on November 22, 1951 in Auburn, MA .
George is survived by 2 daughters Carolyn Krasowsky of Albuquerque NM and Frances Conroy of Oxford, MA a son George Krasowsky, Jr. of Roswell 2 sisters: Helen wife of Leo Narris and Stella Persson of Millbury, MA, 1 brother Walter Krasowsky of Auburn, MA: 7 Grandsons: Jeremy, Thomas, William, Evan Logan Krasowsky all of Roswell and Zachary Zmayefski of Austin TX 1 Granddaughter Suzanne Zmayefski of Benton, AR 7 GreatGrandChildren: Victoria Gamboa of Flower Mound TX, Alexis Krasowsky of Denton TX, Mikel Flores of Roswell, Kaitlyn and Evan Kennemer of Benton, AR and Mara and her brother Kelton of Tatum, New Mexico. He was predeceased by his son John Krasowsky and a Grandson Richard Ricky Krasowsky both of Roswell, NM, and one dear sister Vera Krasowsky and one brother Peter Krasowsky of Auburn, MA
George was born August 19, 1920 in Southbridge MA to the late Martin and Mary Markiewicz Krasowsky who immigrated to the United States arriving at Ellis Island on May 07, 1914 from Ukraine that was part of Russia. In Southbridge and Holland MA, his father began what would become a successful real estate and livestock farming business, Martin Realty and Martin Brothers. George talked often about how he and his brothers would clear the trees off the real estate his father purchased and then hand deliver bundles of wood for heating source to 2 and 3 story apartments. Shortly after the boys graduated the livestock farm moved to Auburn, MA. When George was married and started his family he asked his father for a loan to start a dairy farm which then he moved to Roswell NM in 1974 after purchasing Oasis Dairy Farms, Inc.
George along with his two brothers, devoted their lives to their livestock and farm. Georges passion was working hard every day with his sons and grandsons along side.
George asked to be cremated and have his ashes joined with his wifes ashes then placed at the family plot at South Park Cemetery in Roswell, NM
