LONG, GRACE Graveside services are scheduled for 11:00 A. M., Monday, March 5, 2007, at South Park Cemetery for Grace Long, age 79, of Roswell who passed away on March 1, 2007, at her residence. Rev. Danny Sons of Midway Assembly of God will officiate.

Grace was born in Humbolt, Tennessee on March 2, 1927 to William and Eula Medlock, they both preceded her in death as well as two sons, two sisters, Pearl Hawthorne and Mary Ridgeway, and One grandson, Clifford Carlisle, who served in the United States Marine Corps in Hawaii.

Grace is survived by five sons: James Ray Buckner of Roswell, Leon Buckner of Roswell, Lee Long of Roswell, Charles Buckner of Midway, and Robert Long of Arkansas; seven daughters: Mary Sharp Blondie of Roswell, Barbara Arellano Blackie of Roswell, Charlene George of Abilene, TX, Leola Long of Roswell, Lequita Landers of Roswell, Doris Young Mousey of Roswell, and Roberta Long of Arkansas; 39 grandchildren, 45 great grandchildren, and 12 great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Grace was of the Baptist Faith. She was a volunteer at the Salvation Army for over 20 years.

Arrangements are under the direction of La Grone Funeral Chapel.
