BRISCO, HARLIN- Harlin passed from this life to his heavenly home on May14, 2020. He was born June 23, 1946. In Roswell, NM to Paul S. and Martha Jean Brisco. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Patti (Boswell) Brisco, a son, Jonathan Brisco (Angie) of Odessa, Texas, five grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren of Odessa, Texas; two brothers, Stan (Sandra) of Roswell, Dwight (Pat) of Springtown, Texas, and several special nephews and nieces.
Harlin worked in the gas utility industry for 34 years and for the Chavez County Maintenance Department for 10 years before retiring. He has an inventive mind and obtained a patent for a gas by-pass valve.
He enjoyed spending time with his family and singing and listening to gospel music. His pride and joy was being a father and spending time with his son as often as possible. He was a big sports fan. He and his son enjoyed trips to New York City to see their favorite team New York Yankees, San Antonio to see the Spurs., and to see the Dallas Cowboys.
Mr.Brisco is a member of Roswell Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to Roswell Baptist Church and designate it to the Ford fund or Bro. Brisco. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, May 30, 2020 at Roswell Baptist Church, 800 East Berrendo Rd. with Pastor David Walden officiating.
