ORRISON, HELEN RILEY -- Services are scheduled for 11:00 A.M. Friday, June 1, 2007 at LaGrone Funeral Chapel for Helen Riley Orrison, 93 of Roswell, who passed away May 29, 2007. Dr. Hugh Burroughs, Pastor of First Presbyterian Church will officiate. Interment will follow at South Park Cemetery.BRBRHelen was born February 27, 1914 in Kansas to Clarence and Winifred Pritchard. Both parents preceded her in death, also three sisters, two brothers, first husband Max Riley and son Michael Riley.BRBRSurvivors include her husband, Lowell of the home, son William Patrick Riley and his wife Amber, step daughter, Kelsey of Albuquerque, NM. Other immediate family; brother, Stuart Pritchard and wife Rita of Roswell, nephews Wally Wilson, Kim Pritchard and wife Helen of Roswell, Guy Pritchard and wife Glenda of Amarillo, TX, and numerous nieces and nephews.BRBRHelen had a good sense of humor, always smiled when talking to anyone and always trying to be of help in any way possible. She loved dancing, and enjoyed all sports, including golf, gardening, bridge, skiing and tennis.BRBRShe was a member of the First Presbyterian Church. Helen graduated from Roswell High School, worked as a secretary for several years for insurance companies, was a clerk in the County Court House, and managed a ladies dress shop in Roswell prior to her marriage to Lowell.BRBRFriends may make memorials in Mrs. Orrisons memory to the First Presbyterian Church Memorial Fund of Roswell, or an organization of choice.BRBRFriends may pay respects on line at wwwlagronefuneralchapels.com.BRBRArrangements are under the direction of LaGrone Funeral Chapel.BRBR
