Imogene Mealand

MEALAND, IMOGENE Graveside services are scheduled for 10:00 A.M., Thursday, May 31, 2007, for Imogene Mealand, age 75, who passed away May 26, 2007.

Imogene was born November 8, 1931 in McCurtain, Oklahoma to Grover and Mattie Adams, both who have preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by a son, Gary Wayne Jones and five brothers and one sister.

Surviving family of Imogene includes her sons: Warren Buck Aldrich and wife Jeannie, Michael Mealand and wife Susie, Thomas Mealand and wife Cindy and Randy Maples and wife Terri, all of Roswell. Daughters include Geraldine Jacobs and husband Jimmy of Hulbert, Oklahoma, Patricia Ann Snipes and husband Bill and LaDonna Jeannette Willoughby, both of Roswell. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. Others surviving include extended family and close friends.

Imogene was a homemaker and was of Baptist faith. She had a large family that she loved each and every one of. Her children kept her going through hard times, her grandchildren gave her pride and her great-grandchildren completed the family that she loved so much.

The family of Imogene would like to extend their thanks and appreciation to Sunset Villa Care Center and Vista Care for all of their help and efforts.
