Jarrett was born on November 5, 1968 in Dimmit, Texas to James Seagroves and Adrey Gleaves Seagroves. He graduated from Clayton High School in 1987 and also graduated from Phoenix Institute of Technology in 1988.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Watson in 2007.
He is survived by his mother: Adrey Stanfield of Oklahoma, his father: James Seagroves and his wife Peggy of Muleshoe, TX two brothers: Devern Younger of Bertrand, NE and Benjamin Seagroves of Newport News, VA two sisters, Rene Shawn of San Antonio, TX and Willette Younger of Albuquerque, NM grandmother, Eloise Arrington of Clayton, NM and also numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
He worked as a school bus driver, a former member of the National Guard, and was of the Baptist faith.
