John Neely

NEELY, JOHN ALLEN Memorial graveside services are scheduled for 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 9, 2013 at South Park Cemetery for John Allen Neely, age 88, of Roswell who passed away on April 2, 2013. Deacon Chris Gutierrez of Assumption Catholic Church will officiate.
John was born May 17, 1924 in Roswell, NM to Jim and Ida Neely. They have preceded him in death as well as his brothers, Kovis, Floyd and William Neely.
John married Mildred Bashaw on December 26, 1975 in Roswell, NM. She has preceded him in death also.
John is survived by a sister Wanda L. Engeldorf of Roswell.
John served his country in the United States Navy as an Aviation Machinist in World War II. He was an aviation enthusiast. John retired as an Auto Mechanic. He was very fond of antique cars and motorcycles. John was a member of the Assumption Catholic Church.
