SANCHEZ, JOHNA Rosary will be prayed Thursday at 7:00 P.M., December 6, 2007 at LaGrone Funeral Chapel for John Sanchez, age 54, of Roswell, who passed away December 4, 2007 at Eastern New Mexico Medical Center. A Memorial Mass will be at 2:00 P.M., Friday, December 7, 2007 at St. Johns, Catholic Church, with Fr. Juan Montoya officiating.

John was born June 12, 1953 in Roswell, New Mexico, to Leonicio and Novertita Sanchez. They have preceded him in death as well as a brother, Lorenzo Sanchez and two sisters Virgie Rodriguez and Arsenia Palomin.

John married Jane Serna on December 12, 1988 in Roswell, New Mexico. She survives him at the family home.

John is also survived by four sons: Andrew Barreras and his wife Michelle of Roswell, Frank Barreras and his wife Jessica of Roswell, Luis Bachicha and his wife Crystal of Anchorage, Alaska and John Sanchez, Jr and his wife Crystal of Roswell; a brother: Tommy Sanchez of Texas; two sisters: Delores Herron and her husband Tommy and Rosemary Long and her husband John both of Oklahoma; Sixteen Grandchildren with one on the way.

John was a United States Army Veteran. He was a Warehouse Foreman for Fuller Supply.
