Joseph Mayo

MAYO, JOSEPH No services are scheduled at this time as per his wishes, for Joseph Mayo, age 86, of Roswell, who passed away May 16, 2012 at a local nursing home.

Joseph was born December 25, 1925 in Pass Christian, Mississippi to Joseph and Marie Benoit Mayo. Both parents preceded him in death.

He is survived by his wife, Cotyes Baker Mayo. He is also survived by a son Joseph Mayo, Jr. and his wife Angie of Roswell, and 2 daughters Belinda Parker and her husband Samuel and Aleace Myrick and her husband Ernest all of Roswell. Also surviving are 6 grandchildren, 9 greatgrandchildren and 2 greatgreat grandchildren.

Mr. Mayo was a member of St. Johns Catholic Parish. He was a mechanic in the U. S. Navy, Army and retired Air Force.
