Joseph was born January 1, 1947 to Billy and Emma Ruth Miller in Salt Lake City, Utah.
He is survived by his wife Renee Miller of the family home as well as a daughter, Casey Stark of Roswell and two sons, C.J. Stark and Charley Stark , both of Roswell.
