Joyce Conn

, JOYCE EARL Graveside services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Friday, September 7, 2007 at Memory Lawn for Joyce Earl Conn, age 80, of Roswell, who passed away September 2, 2007, at a local nursing home. Brother Richard Grisham of Bethel Baptist will officiate.

Mr. Conn was born August 28, 1927 in Lon, New Mexico to Clarence Marion and Pearl May Kuykendall Conn. They have preceded him in death as well as his wife, Dora Oglesby, a son, Jay Conn, five brothers and one sister.

Joyce married Dora Oglesby in Roswell, New Mexico on January 2, 1962.

Mr. Conn was employed at the City of Roswell Gold Course until he retired. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army.

He is survived by three sisters; Lola Beck, Lois Parsons and Laura Nett, all of Roswell, New Mexico; as well as five grandchildren and two great grandchildren of Wichita Falls, Texas and Roswell.
