Kaden was born on April 5, 2010 to Brandon L. Welborn and Kellie Hurst of Roswell, who survive him.

He is also survived by his paternal grandparents: Beverly Kutzner of Sweetwater, Texas and Neal Nossman of Roswell maternal grandparents: Mary Jane Hurst of Irving, Texas and Brian Hurst of Roswell paternal greatgrandmother, Peggy Leavell of Roswell maternal greatgrandparents, Charlotte Burge of Roswell and Patricia OBrein of Tyler, Texas.
