Kenni Jasper

Kenni Irene Jasper, age 59, of Roswell passed away Saturday October 15, 2016 in her home surrounded by her loving family.

She was born May 31, 1957 in Hobbs, New Mexico to Kenneth G. Cox and Sharon Haldiman-Cox. Kenni grew up near downtown Roswell, a neighborhood located on 5th and Lea with the Jasper brothers, Pasquier brothers, and the Wright girls. Kenni married Jeff Jasper on March 17, 1995 in Midland, TX.

She is preceded in death by her father Kenneth G. Cox, sister Jeanne Cox, and aunt Norma Glover Smith. Some of her favorite activities included her love for riding horses, her love for cooking, and the joy of gardening as she could grow anything.

She is survived by her husband Jeff Jasper of the family home; her mother Sharon Haldiman of Roswell, NM; sons Christopher Chavez of Denver, CO and Lee Jasper of Bryan, TX; brothers James Cox of Roswell, NM and Steven Cox and his wife Jennifer of Seminole, TX; uncle T.D. Haldiman and his wife Beverly of Taos, NM; nieces Anna Orona and her son August Orona, Lori Elias and her daughter Natalie Elias..
