Lila Lubker

Lila Lubker, age 90, passed away on Sunday, September 3, 2017 at her home in Roswell, New Mexico. A memorial service will be held at 12:00 pm Saturday, September 9, 2017 at LaGrone Funeral Chapel followed by a luncheon in honor of Lila. Pastor Yolanda Limon of the Church of God of Prophecy will officiate.

Lila was bom February 24, 1927 in Fountain County, Indiana to Robert Glen and Fredia Marie Campbell. She received a BA in mathematics from Indiana University and an MA from the University of Illinois. She taught at Northeastern Junior College in Sterling, Colorado for 22 years before moving to Roswell in 1981 to work for the POISE Company (later known as Campus America).

Survivors include a daughter, Sandra Lubker of Roswell, a sister, Eileen Parker of Indianapolis, Indiana, a sister-in-law, Mary Campbell of Anderson, Indiana, and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The Salvation Army, St. Jude's Children's Hospital or your favorite charity.
