Louann N. Gayman, age 80, of Roswell passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, March 13, 2016. A memorial service/celebration of life will be held at 5:00 pm on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at the Roswell Museum and Art Center Bassett Auditorium - 100 West 11th St, Roswell, NM.
Louann was preceded in death by her husband and "other half" James Edwin Gayman, parents John H. and Stella F. Noble of Mansfield, OH, and brother Donald E. Noble.
She is survived by son Aaron James Gannon and his wife Michele of Anthem, AZ, and daughter Diane Renee Higgins and husband Wade C. of Weiser, ID. Louann also leaves behind four beautiful granddaughters: Kaitlyn R. Higgins, Christy J. Higgins, RoseMarie C. Higgins, and Chelsea B. Gannon.
Louann lived her life with grace and dignity, committed to her God and family and bringing light and life to all who knew her. She was active with the Roswell Senior Circle Senior Olympics and Strong Women Strong Bones, Enhance Fitness and the J.O.Y. Center, the ENMMC Auxiliary and more.
Memorial contributions in lieu of flowers may be made in her honor to the Chaves County J.O.Y. Centers, Gentiva Hospice, Eastern New Mexico Medical Center Auxiliary, or the Senior Circle.
