Lucille Yates

YATES, LUCILLE G. -- Memorial services will be held Monday, October 20, 2008, at 10:30 am at LaGrone Funeral Chapel for Lucille G. Yates, age 92, of Roswell, who passed away October 14, 2008 at her home.

Lucille was born October 8, 1916 in Clay Center, Kansas, to Robert H. and Leila Stevenson Graham. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Harvey E. Yates and a grandson, Matthew Wheeler.

Survivors include two sons, Dick Wright and his wife Aileen of Houston, Texas, Bill Wright of Farmington, New Mexico, one daughter, Jean Wright of Ruidoso, New Mexico, and one sister, Roberta Clarke and her husband Robert of Midland, Texas. Survivors also include a daughter-in-law, Terra Wright of Tres Piedras, New Mexico, five grand children, James Wright, William Wright, Sarah Wheeler, Joshua Wheeler and Robert Wright, and two great-grandchildren, Christina and Cheyenne Wright.

Lucille was a homemaker, and will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
