On June 11, 1955, Margaret was born to Ejinio P. Aguilar and Encarnacion “Concha” Almanza Aguilar in Roswell, New Mexico, where she graduated from Roswell High School. She was the loving wife of Antonio B. Cortez, whom she married on July 9, 1976. They had four children, who blessed them with beautiful grandchildren. Margaret was a homemaker that loved spending time with her children, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, they were her life’s greatest treasure. She was very friendly with an engaging personality and always went out of her way for her friends and family.
