Mildred Fenter

Graveside services are scheduled for 11:00 A.M., on Friday, August 2, 2013 at Memory Lawn Memorial Park for Mildred Lois Gill Fenter. Doug Austin of West Country Club Church of Christ will officiate.

Mildred was born on September 22, 1931 in Mullin, Texas to Calvin Gus and Olga Gill. They have both preceded her in death. She married Vernon G. Fenter on August 30, 1947 in Welch, Texas. He survives her at the family home.

She is also survived by three sons: Wayne Fenter and his wife Judy of Roswell, Les Fenter and his wife Alma of Houston, Texas, and Jerry Fenter and his wife Sandy of Beaumont, Texas one daughter: Marsha Martin of Roswell three sisters: Helen Aston of Dexter, New Mexico, Nell Monk of Artesia, New Mexico, and Lou Girard of Asher, Oklahoma also 17 grandchildren, 24 GreatGrandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons: Tim Martin, Isaac Fenter, Caleb Fenter, Jason Fenter, Kevin Fenter, Ryan Lewis, Connor Kilburn, and David Fenter

Mildred was a faithful follower of Christ all of her life. Her favorite pastime was crocheting and she enjoyed sharing her creations with family and friends. She enjoyed reading and was always learning new things.
