Nellie Hargrove

Graveside services are scheduled for 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, November 27, 2010 at South Park Cemetery for Nellie L. Hargrove, age 90 who passed away November 23, 2010 at a local care center. Pastor Tim Hargrove of Pinon Hills Community Church in Farmington, New Mexico and Pastor Tony Pierce of First Baptist Church in Fountain Hills, Arizona will officiate.

Nellie was born on December 13, 1919 in Sycamore, Texas to Thomas Edward and Tommie Griffeth. They have both preceded her in death. On February 27, 1936, she married Ray L. Hargrove in Denton, Texas, who has also preceded her in death.

She has also been preceded in death by: a daughter, Debbie Shiplett.

She is survived by two sons: Leman Hargrove and his wife Linda of Conroe, Texas and Carroll Hargrove and his wife Joyce of Roswell three daughters: Joyce English and her husband Joe of Roswell, Mary Briere and her husband Paul of Fort Worth, Texas and Cheryl Starbuck and her husband Ray of Garland, Texas one brother: Kenneth Griffeth of Denton, Texas two sisters: Peggy Mayfield of Ft. Worth, Texas and Dottie Carson of Kinder, Louisiana also 15 grandchildren, 19 greatgrandchildren and 1 greatgreat grandchild.

She was a seamstress and a homemaker, and was also a member of Bethel Baptist Church.
