Love keeps us together was our familys theme. Mom was a devoted Christian and this was reflected in the way she raised her family and cared for her friends, especially children. Crocheting afghans was a passion. Those receiving one of her afghans knew they were crocheted with prayers and love. Mom created tasty meals and scrumtptious desserts. There was always room for one or two more at the table. Mom was the glue that held our family together. She lived her life to the fullest and wanted her children to do the same. What a legacy she left
She was also preceded in death by one son, John Robert Pettit, and soninlaw, John D. Wright.
