Patricia Mcgraw

MCGRAW, PATRICIA ANN – Patricia (Pat) Ann McGraw, age 71, went home to be with the Lord on December 31, 2020 in Roswell, NM. She was born on November 16, 1949 to the home of Anthony Lawrence and Felicia (Barbachyn) Kotecki in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Pat is preceded in death by her parents, Anthony and Felicia Kotecki, and her brother Dan Kotecki.

Pat graduated from Catholic Central High School and attended Grand Rapids Community College where she studied nursing. She worked as an LPN at Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital and Grand Rapids Home for Veterans. After her time in nursing, Pat entered the accounting field where she worked as an accounts payable clerk for Hondo Oil and Gas, Nova Bus, Hanson Operating, and Christmas by Krebs. Most recently she was the manager of the Villa Park Mobile Home Community.

Pat’s pride and joy were her family. She loved doing anything to see her grandchildren smile. She was their “Nana”, and they were her “Angels”. Pat loved full force and if she loved you there was no doubt and you knew it. She always had a smile on her face and a heart of gold. Pat will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Pat is survived by her husband of 48 years, Harry McGraw of Roswell; son Douglas McGraw of Roswell; daughters Sara Coleman of Roswell and Erin McGraw-Bishop and husband Ted of Roswell. Grandsons Brett and Gannon Cook of Roswell as well as Noah Cook and Theron (TJ) Coleman of Portales, NM. Granddaughters Ciera and Kaydence McGraw of Farmington, NM, Amelia McGraw of Roswell and Kamdyn, Mackenzie, and Paetyn Bishop of Roswell. Brothers John and wife Lillian Kotecki of Dorr, Michigan, Tony Kotecki of Roswell; sister Diane Watson of Cheyenne, WY; sisters-in-law Rosa Kotecki of Zeeland, MI and Susan Lacata of Grand Rapids, MI; brother-in-law Dan McGraw and wife Char of Jenison, MI. Pat is also survived by nephews Dennis Kotecki and wife Brandy of Grandville, MI, Jason Kotecki and wife Peggy of Grand Rapids, MI, Danny McGraw and wife Julie of Grand Rapids, MI; nieces Wendy Watson of Roswell, Kimberly Bigelow and husband Ryan of Indiana, Jennifer Conley and husband Chris of Zeeland, MI, Heather Dewey and husband Bryan of Marne, MI, Kelly Janowiak and husband Brett of Hudsonville, MI, Peggy Tuttle and husband Rob of Grand Haven, MI, Cherie Hilliker of Hamburg, Germany. Patt is also survived by many great nieces and great nephews.

Pallbearers will be Gannon Cook, Brett Cook, Theron (TJ) Coleman, Noah Cook, Joel Ware, and Cody Montgomery. Honorary pallbearers will be Dan Coleman, Hank Mein, John Kotecki, and Tony Kotecki.
