Pauline Irene Mann passed away peacefully Saturday, December 6, 2020, surrounded by caregivers from Heartfelt Manor of Roswell, New Mexico.
Pauline was born September 21, 1927 in Mt. Vernon, Illinois. She is preceded in death by her parents Earl and Christine Ward, her husband Russell D. Mann Sr., sons Russell D. Mann Jr. and Larry E. Mann, her sister Martha Meyer and brother Billy Ward. She is survived by her only grandchild Chad Russell Mann of Roswell, New Mexico, sister Mrs. Belle Wilder of Oregon, nieces Paula Ackerman of Indiana, Terri Hall and Kathy Meyer of Texas, Jacque Ward, Josette Waller, and Linda Ellis all of Illinois, nephews Robert Boryska, James Boryska and Ronnie Boryska of Oregon, and many great nieces, nephews and cousins as well as friends.
Pauline was an auxiliary officer and volunteer for Eastern New Mexico Medical Center of Roswell, New Mexico where she helped to raise money for hospital equipment. Pauline served locally as Chairperson for the Democratic Party where she organized fundraisers and loved to host political parties and social events. She loved chocolate, hot dogs, hamburgers and whatever was easy to cook! She loved to play bridge, watch TV, and listen to Nat King Cole. She loved animals, arts and crafts, but most of all she loved politics and being with friends and family!
A special thank you to all of her caregivers and friends at Heartfelt Manor and Avamere, as well as, her doctors and nurses of Kindred Hospice!
Pauline gave to many charities throughout her lifetime. In lieu of flowers Pauline would like for all donations to be made to Harvest Ministries Religious Organization of Roswell New Mexico.
A public viewing for Pauline will be held from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Thursday, December 10, 2020 at LaGrone Funeral Chapel followed by Graveside service from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM South Park Cemetery in Roswell, New Mexico.
