RUIZ, PRISCILLA CILLAA service will be held Friday at 11:00 A.M., June 6, 2008 at LaGrone Funeral Chapel for Priscilla Cilla Ruiz, age 52, of Roswell, who passed away June 2, 2008 at Eastern New Mexico Medical Center. Deacon Howard of St. Peters Catholic Church will officiate.

Cilla was born November 21, 1955 in Loving, New Mexico to Simon and Cinderella Carrasco. Her father has preceded her in death as well as her brother Jerry Carrasco.

Cilla married Tony Ruiz in Roswell, NM, on June 16, 1985. He survives her at the family home.

Cilla is survived by a nephew whom she helped raise: Hunter Carrasco of Roswell; Brother: Paul Carrasco and his wife Martina of Hobbs, NM; Sisters: Sally Inman and her husband Bruce of Shoal, IN, Drucilla Del Llano and her husband Ron of Phoenix, AZ, Nancy Carrasco of Roswell and Belva Carrasco of Roswell; Eleven nieces and nephews.

Cilla was a caregiver. She was the heartbeat of our family. She loved telling people she not only owned a T-Shirt with a Harley Motorcycle on it, but she had the keys to a Harley. She loved to ride her Harley with her husband and friends. She loved to cook for family, friends, and the ARC of Roswell. She was known for her frankness, but also for her love and caring of others. She had a great knowledge of things and remembering it. She was a great wife, daughter, sister, and friend. We will miss her greatly. Love you Cilla
