Raymond Jones, Jr

JONES, RAYMOND EDWARD, JR. Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, January 9, 2010 at Roswell Baptist Temple for Raymond Edward Jones, JR, age 78, of Roswell who passed on January 7, 2010. Rev. Bill Whitehead of Roswell Baptist Temple will officiate with interment to follow at South Park Cemetery.

Raymond was born on September 28, 1931 to Raymond, SR. and Dorothy Jones, in Clovis, New Mexico. They both have preceded him in death.

Raymond married Wanda Wagner on April 13, 1952 in Roswell. She survives him at the family home.

Raymond is also survived by sons: Raymond Dale Jones and his wife Debra of Dexter, NM and Thomas Brian Jones of Altus, OK daughters: Wanna Goddard and her husband Matthew of Chandler, AZ, Sherri Lois Charles and her husband David of Jacksonville, FL, and Barbara Ann Lewis and her husband Glenn of Las Cruces, NM sisters: Joneth Lucht, Loretta Mathis and Melinda Bean nine grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Raymond was a Coca ColaPepsi Production Manager from 1952 to 1995. Raymond also served his country in the National Guard.
