Rosina Locke

LOCKE, ROSINA B.--Services are scheduled for 3:00 P.M., Saturday, October 28, 2006 at San Juan Mission in Lincoln, New Mexico, for Rosina B. Locke, age 89, of Lincoln, who passed away October 24, 2006 at a Roswell nursing home. Rev. Bill Jones of Tinnie Baptist Church will conduct the service. Burial will follow at Lincoln Cemetery.

Rosina was born July 10, 1917 at Ft. Smith, AR, and grew up ti Tulsa, OK.

She is survived by a sister, Bessie Pendergast of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and close friends, Ralph and Rosalie Dunlap of Lincoln, New Mexico.

Her husband Jerry Locke preceded her in death, as well as her parents and two sisters.

Rosina was a U.S. Government employee, and owned and operated the Torreon Trading Company. She was a memeber f the Lincoln community church Board, and the Lincoln County Hisotrical Society.
