Stanley Allen Goins, age 54, of Roswell passed away peacefully in his home Wednesday February 17, 2016.
He was born May 24, 1961 in Roswell to Stanley Joe and Cecil Sheri Kirkpatrick-Goins. He served in the United States Navy for 13 years; his duties in the service was stripping and painting warships.
