Stephen Miko, 72, beloved Husband, Father & Grandfather, was called to his eternal resting place on Friday, February 21, 2020. He entered this world on April 18, 1947 in Mahanoy City, PA, born to Daniel and Suzanne Miko. He is survived by his wife Jacqueline Miko; son, Stephen Miko and his wife Suppy; son, Aaron Miko and his wife Kimrey and daughter, Donna Marie Bonnette and her husband Jacob. Steve also had 5 grandchildren that he loved dearly Emily, Chris, Jake, Lyla Mae and Daniel.
Steve married Jacqueline Miko on August 10, 1968 and enjoyed 51 years of marriage together. Steve graduated from Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania in 1970 with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management. Steve served as a Sargent in the U.S. Army for three years and was honorably discharged in 1976 from Picatinny Arsenal in New Jersey. Steve was the Environmental Services Director for the City of Roswell for 5 years and loved to talk "trash".
Throughout his life, Steve loved his job and never complained about work. He was a good, patient man who prayed daily to do God’s will. Steve Miko was a lifetime fan of the Philadelphia Eagles. He loved his family and made them the most important thing in his life, and each family member knew he loved them unconditionally.
