Thomas Jackson Jack Wilkerson Sr. passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his family January 16 in Roswell. Jack was born in Carlsbad NM on October 12, 1923 to Martha Jane Elkins Wilkerson and Harvey Earnest Wilkerson, both of whom preceded him in death. The Wilkersons were blessed with five children, Teresa Land of Roswell, Patricia Bell of Roswell, Eva Brown of Houston, TX, Mary Patrick of San Antonio, TX and Thomas Jackson Wilkerson Jr. and his wife Vikki of Hobbs NM. The family was very active in the Church of Christ and Jack and his family spent many a Sunday loading up the children in the pickup truck and preaching in Tinnie, NM. He drove a truck for over 60 years hauling hay, to gasoline before retiring. Jack is survived by 1 brother, 5 children, one daughter in law, 18 grandchildren, 36 great grand children, and 9 greatgreat grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews. He was preceded in death, by his bride Sioux, three sons in laws, two grandsons, and one greatgrandson.

The family wishes to thank Vista Care hospice and our Jodie for all of their care. At Jacks request, no services will be held. He would request you spend some quality time with your family.
