Virginia Runion

RUNION, VIRGINIA Memorial services are scheduled at 10:00 A.M., Friday, March 1, 2013 at LaGrone Funeral Chapel for Virginia Runion, age 75, of Roswell, who passed away on February 15, 2013. Rev. Troy Grant with Berrendo Baptist Church will officiate.
Virginia was born on May 11, 1937 in Warren, Ohio to Edward Ritter and Genevieve Ritter Garlock. They have both preceded her in death. She moved to Michigan in 1942.
She married Ernest Runion on February 12, 1978 in Howell, Michigan. He has preceded her in death. They lived in Michigan until 1981, when they retired to Roswell and lived out the remainder of their lives.
She is survived by one son: Martin Simpson of Las Vegas, New Mexico step son: Jerry Runion and his wife Phyllis of Westland, Michigan one daughter: Lorie Miller and husband John, of Roswell Stepdaughters: Laurie Tedrow and husband Patrick of Roswell, Barbara Wells and her husband Jim of Las Vegas, Nevada five grandchildren: Jeremy Palombi and wife Sharen, Nathanael Palmobi, Patrick Tedrow and wife Christina, Danyelle Tedrow, and Andrew Tedrow two greatgrandchildren: Delainey Decker and Benjamin Tedrow, and also one that is due in June one cousin: Almeta Morris of Perry, Ohio special friends: Lou and Don Hibbard of Fowlerville, Michigan.
She was a retired nurse. She and Ernest taught silversmithing at the Roswell Adult Center. They enjoyed setting up and selling their jewelry that they made, as well as other items at flea markets. She was of the Protestant faith.
