William Bosshart

BOSSHART, WILLIAM REX- William Rex Bosshart, age 85, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather, was called to his eternal resting place on February 12, 2019. He entered this world on June 30, 1933 in Del Rio Texas, born to Paul Arthur Bosshart and Mary Mullbacker- Jursh.

William was preceded in death by the love of his life, Frankie Marie Bosshart, brother, John A. Bosshart, and sister, Mary L. Delph "chick". He is survived by brothers, Arthur Bosshart, and Carl Scholl. His oldest daughter, Ynaith Binns, her husband, Robert, their daughter, Kelly and her husband, Steve Funderburke, their children, Tyler, Greg, and Brett of Houston, TX. Their son, Bob Binns, his wife, Rita Binns, and their children, Bobby and Austin of Houston, TX. His youngest Daughter, Tasha R. Olive, her husband, Shane D. Olive, and their children, Brendt W. Baker, his wife Michelle Baker of Roswell, NM. Jordan Olive, his children, Naiyah, and Leena of Dallas, TX. Jared Olive and his wife, Christina Olive, and their children, Elijah, and Isaiah of Roswell, NM. Niece, Sharon Turner and her husband David Turner, and their son, Aaron Turner of Silver City NM. Niece, Linda Martin of Wyoming, and nephews, Dean and John Delph of Silver City, NM. Among many numerous other nieces and nephews.

William "Rex" served in the Air Force from September 1951- October 31 1971. During this time he served in the Korean War, and the Vietnam War. He flew over 28 combat missions in the Korean War, and multiple missions in the Vietnam War, he was honored with many awards. He then started his own general contractors business. He built the First Church of the Nazarene in Roswell, NM, which he attended for many years. He also built many other structures here in Roswell NM for over 30 years.

Willaim Rex Bosshart enjoyed camping, fishing and traveling with his family. His main priority was always his family. He enjoyed life to the fullest and will be greatly missed by many friends and family.

Serving as pallbearers will be, Michael Johnson, Mark Johnson, Tim Roberts, Mike Bozeman, Jordan Olive, and Jared Olive.

A Memorial Services for William Rex will be at 9:00 AM, Saturday, February 16, 2019 at LaGrone Funeral Chapel.
