Graveside services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 29, 2014 at South Park Cemetery for Ynez Taylor, age 67, of Mansfield, Texas who was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on March 26, 2014. Pastor Wes Bygel of Lubbock, TX will officiate.
Ynez was born in Temple, Texas, on March 18, 1947 to William Tanner and Etta Sanders. Her father has preceded her in death as well as her husband, Ron Taylor, Sister, Sonja Young, Brother, Bill Tanner, great grandson, Raphel Pride and nephew, Val Ray Young.
Ynez was a faithful member of Tabernacle Baptist Church and Roswell Baptist Temple. She was a preschool teacher and a Sunday school teacher for over 30 years. She worked for Noahs Ark. Ynez was a loving wife and mother and she loved her Lord.
Ynez is survived by a son: Blake Tanner and his wife Dee Dee daughter: Jessica McGowen and her husband Bill brother: Curtis Venegas and his wife Patti grandchildren: James Tanner, William Tanner, Rebecca Pride, Jacob Millsaps, Alexandria Millsaps, Felicia Tanner, Brandon Tanner, Monica McGowen, and fianc Bobby Wallace, Tyler McGowen and Morgan McGowen Great Grandchildren: Ryan Pride, Jr., Reece Pride, Reille Pride, Acacia Millsaps and Emma Wallace numerous nieces and nephews: Jeremy Venegas, Nicole Venegas, Jesse Venegas, Jacob Venegas, and Danielle Hunter and numerous extended family.
